JOHANNESBURG – The discharge application brought by EFF leader Julius Malema and MP Mbuyiseni Ndlozi has been dismissed by the Randburg magistrate’s court.
The duo is charged with common assault after allegedly attacking Lieutenant Colonel, Johannes Venter at Winnie Mandela’s funeral in 2018.
Magistrate Leiland Poonsamy says the state brought ample evidence to back the complainant.
